Linked Task Request
No official task request was made for this contribution. I made a proposal to the project owner via a public issue on Github.
Overview
The concept of open source software goes beyond making source codes open to other people. It also provides a medium for collaborative development of a single project, by other individuals(who are called contributors). Anyone can contribute to an open source project, but not every kind of contribution is accepted. That's why it is necessary to have a contributors guideline to inform prospective contributors on how to make acceptable contributions. The contributor's guideline can also spur individuals to contribute to a project.
PanicTrigger is quite a new project. Most of the work that has been done on the project to date has been done by the project owner. However, there will be an influx of contributor's to the project, and the contributor's guideline will help them settle quickly, and make amazing contributions to the project.
Actual content
I created a contributor's guideline for the project. It covered all the possible areas a prospective contributor would likely contribute to.
