In the first session of the conference, emphasizing the importance of increasing international co-operation in dealing with terrorism, Al-Ansari said, "The resolution adopted in the UN Security Council 1373 (2001) has said to exchange data with internal laws, bilateral, multilateral and international treaty rules. . The Qatar Security Council has been following this rule since the beginning. Doha has been sharing information about various security related issues including counter-terrorism, with the different countries of the country. Apart from this, the Committee on Al-Qaeda Ban and other anti-terrorism committees, along with the subcommittee, has been working together in Qatar. At the same time Qatar is working with international organization Interpol to combat terrorism.
