Last week my wife and I spent one week in Almaryda for an early summer vacation. For me who live north of the polar circle the weather on Crete in May is perfect, not to warm for a pale northman. We like to look around, and in the mornings we took a stroll to get better known i the surroundings. It is several smal village nearby Almaryda worth visiting. I would like to share some pictures from our vacation.
Of course we had to enjoy the sunset.

The goal was to go to the top of the mountain to the right, but the road was blocked and marked as private area.
