Monero's interface has been updated to include Ledger support. Installation instructions and downloads for Mac, Linux, and Windows are available at the source linked above. (Disclaimer: We haven't tried it yet.)

Google has banned cryptocurrency mining apps from its Play Store, save for those used in “remote management.” The decision is a response to “cryptojacking,” a lucrative practice by which a device is hacked and used for mining by a third party. Google also banned mining extensions from the Chrome Store earlier this year.

The Nasdaq stock exchange may be exploring how best to integrate cryptocurrencies. Representatives from Nasdaq met with other stock and cryptocurrency exchanges this week in Chicago to discuss how regulations may affect cryptocurrencies, and how the exchanges that list them should manage that.

The CBOE remains confident - really, really confident - that their ETF submission still has a “near certain” chance for approval, despite the fact that the Gemini exchange was denied such yesterday. According to one CBOE source they “absolutely and without hesitation” believe their submission will be accepted. They fail to address any of the concerns outlined in the Gemini denial, choosing instead to deliver unsubstantiated hype. Good luck with that.
