There is high chance of Roman Garum coming back into the modern system.

Roman Garum is known to be a great recipe or ingredient produced by salting and fish. It is an act usually practiced by the ancient Roman to make the food more delicious.

In our present age, I am very sure there are still people making use of the Roman Garum due to their level of wealth. Some people can't afford to buy the ingredient used nowadays, they prefer using the Roman Garum even though it may seem stressful.

Also, the Roman Garum is a natural ingredient used to make the food more delicious. Some people prefer going for Natural recipe compared to a the chemical use preserved ones due to their effect.

The Roman Garum also has its own unique taste which gives more aroma to the food.
