This image was a doodle turned warm-up sketch turned finished piece made with micron and copic markers. Working out of my sketchbook with pens and markers really brings me back to the early days of the late 1988s early 1990s when I would spend hours upon hours just drawing and coloring with cheap markers and sharpies. I would make up my own X-men characters and stories, and try my hardest to make them look as cool as Jim Lee's or Marc Silvestri's work. lol.
This guy will fit nicely in the world of EvoPunk, my dystopian cyberpunk/supers mash-up setting (from Harsh Realities), which should be ready later this year.
