Sometimes habits, which we do not even notice, have a great influence on our thoughts and actions. Many of them prevent us from enjoying life to the fullest.

1 . The habit of not keeping a promise
Many of us hold back the word given to others, but for some reason they forget about themselves. We promise ourselves to start running, eating right, watching for health, changing jobs and a lot more. At this moment, we have already reached the set goal emotionally, therefore we abandon it at the very beginning. We gradually get used to this and lose control over our own minds.

To get rid of this habit, reward yourself for every goal that you managed to achieve, for every promise you make.

2 . The habit of switching alarms
Turning off the alarm clock and allowing yourself to sleep another 10 minutes, you lose the first fight in a day. This way you set yourself up for a series of possible failures.

Surely you noticed that sleep does not charge energy until the very end, but, on the contrary, deprives it. Morning is a very productive time of the day. Try to conduct it with benefit.

3 . The habit of using a smartphone before bedtime
This habit has a detrimental effect on the state of health. The blue glow emanating from the screen of the smartphone, prevents the development of melatonin - a sleep hormone. This can lead to insomnia, vision problems, as well as obesity and even oncological diseases.

4 . The habit of blaming yourself for the past
We all sometimes regret the past. But the way we think and analyze our own actions affects our future.

5 . The habit of agreeing with everything
We are always afraid to miss something, somewhere not to be in time. Therefore, we often say "yes" to any given opportunity, even if they are not entirely sure of the correctness of their decision.

Of course, to be able to break from the spot and go to meet adventures is a good character trait. Just need to prioritize and not forget what is important to you, not for someone else.
