Not all the hardware shop are closed. There's one Mr DIY at Toa Payoh where I bought something yesterday.
They had lightbulb but not sure if they have LED light driver. I think you should try Lazada. The have all sort of stuff. At 22 bucks, maybe can get the whole LED lights even.
