We didn't have a real lockdown but closed many "non-essential" business and workplace. Some are starting to reopened next week. People couldn't get a haircut outside for about a month already. I hope on 12th May, not everyone is going to start cutting hair. 😎 You will still not be allowed to hair styling or colouring outside.
