Before the horrific door incident, many other events have occurred in our house now that I come to think of it. Its just that we were oblivious to it. Since we moved to Holroyd Court, in Blackburn South many furniture and random objects would be moved on it's own. I remember a year ago when we just moved in the house, books fell off the bookcase. Our parents just blamed us for not putting the books up properly, which we ignored and continued on with our Dailey businesses.
Other peculiar events also took place in our house, such as my brother's PlayStation would turning on by itself in the middle of the night. Dad accused him of gaming at night, instead of getting enough sleep for school-day but he instantly denied. My closet would sometimes be gone through, as if someone went through it. I always remember folding my clothes neatly in the dresser and hanging them in the closet. We went on a trip to Hawaii at the start of 2020, when we came back my room was a dog's breakfast. Underwear, shirts and bras tossed out of the dresser drawers and my blazer lacerated.
I told my dad about the incident, just out of curiosity that no burglar or thief went in our house. He checked the CVP camera and nothing was there, apparently the camera showed that my room was like that before we left for our trip. So the spirits these days are a lot smarter than I thought. Of course, my atheist mind only told me that I must've been too caught up in our trip; that I forgot how I left my room. So I just tidied it up and moved on.
The worst incident which took place only 5 months ago, was mom's jewelry. I can never forget that drastic incident that happened that day, the three of us were so astounded seeing mom act like that. She has like a chest of jade bracelets and necklaces from her grandma, her wedding ring and pearls. Her jades were missing, according to our Chinese tradition jades bring us good luck. Even though all four of us did not believe it, it was still a precious gift from our relatives. Mom was really upset for the next two days and refused to talk to Henry and I.
Many similar stuff's also occurred in our house, but very small and forgettable. None of us really took much notice, such as the lounge lamp on the right when we clearly allocated it to the left. I guess now that I look back, maybe our house really is haunted. The door incident terrified me the most, because that was right in front of my eyes.
