when educated people misbehave, who will then correct and direct the uneducated people?
It's quite a shame, there should always be a good example to follow. So that this uneducated people can actually learn the importance of keeping their environment and surroundings clean.
But when the educated and uneducated litter the environment, who will then do the teaching.? hmm, it's quite disappointing.
