To me, your mushrooms looks more like a Russula or Lactarius, more than a Hygrophorus (Waxy Cap). The Russula and Lactarius are very closely related, just about the same, except the Lactarius puts out a "sap" or "milk" where they are scratched. The Hygrophorus really do look more waxy, especially the gills. And the gills are not close together like the ones in your mushrooms. I would check if the stem of the mushroom is brittle -- a classic character of the Russulas. But all the mushrooms are fascinating, even if we don't know exactly what to call them.
