The dells is the epitome of touristy and commercial. I find it fun for a couple of days with my kids. It’s much different from when I was a kid. Then it was campy and amusing. Now it has become a way for some parents to get wasted and have the life guards or amusement park staff watch their kids. Obviously this isn’t everyone but I guarantee you there will be a group like this in every hotel. It’s shocking how loud the hotel halls are after 10:00.
