I understand that there have been some changes to the procedure, and limits of voting but I'm a little upset that I can't seem to find any posts explaining just exactly what is going on!
And what's more, I don't seem to be able to vote!!

Can anyone out there help me out? I love the idea of this site but I'm finding the convoluted nature of the development a little exasperating.
