The wait seems to be over as to which way the gold miners would break, either up or down.
Today the HUI (AMEX Gold Bug Index) broke out to the upside in resounding fashion.
The HUI closed at 207.74 (+3.53%) up 7.07 points!
Yesterday I posted that silver was where to keep your eyes.
COMEX silver futures did not disappoint up 2% for the day and north of $16.00!
Gold also was up significantly over 1%.
Unlike silver and the HUI, gold is still waiting for a breakout to the upside.
