How astonished, when we are busy thinking about something that is God's business, to forget to do many things that our true obligations. Jodoh's sustenance, is not it? So our duty is to seek in a way that His approval, the affair He wants to give or not, is up to God. All is in His grasp.

Our duty is to tidy up intention, maximize ikhtiyar, lengthen prayer, and rearrange the heart so that only God is the place to accommodate hope. In that way, believe me, with His kun-fayakun Allah will bring you to the best mate, in the best place, and ... in the best of times.

Once again, the mate is sustenance from God. So, as Hasan al-Bashri says, "I know my fortune will not be taken away, because that's why my calm is always calm, I know 'my deeds will not be done, that's why I'm busy working on it.'

So, about a mate, start thinking 'how', not 'when' or 'who.' :)
