Behind the Source of Increasing my Body Immunity || Day-20

This is my 20 contribution of @flaxz initiative for #IAmAliveChallenge through @threespeak.

In this video am trying to sharing the current situation of the lockdown life of our city and the updated information about our situation & also remember that I am alive with the challenge.

In the current situation, there is no alternative way to increase immunity to keep yourself healthy, and in this case, choosing the right fruit is important, because fruit always works great in increasing our physical capacity. Because the situation around us is constantly getting worse. In the last 24 hours, 1251 new people have been infected and 21 have died.
