Jhal Muri, it is the local name of our city, though in many places it is also known as Muri Bharta. However, whatever the name, everyone agrees on its taste. It tasted extravagant. The main ingredient is the Muri. This Muri is quite effective in eliminating a variety of physical ailments.
There are 56 calories in 14 gram of muri. Carbohydrates 12.6 grams, protein 1 gram, fat only 0.1 grams, fiber 0.2 grams, potassium 16 mg, iron 4.44 mg, magnesium 4 mg, phosphorus 14 mg, thiamine 0.36 mg and niacin 4.94 mg.

Though the main ingredient of the Muri is the presence of other ingredients it serves to enhance its taste. The combination of mustard oil, onion, raw chilli and other spices enhances its taste.
The price is very cheap, which is why it is noticeable everywhere in the city, and there is a great demand for it all. I am an extreme fan of it, whenever I get the chance, do not make the mistake of taste it.
