We all know that excessive expectations frustrate us. Especially when we deal with a target, work area, issues, plans and our own ability, if we do not coordinate all these things properly, our desired success will never come. As a result, we suffer from depression. But if we can evaluate ourselves properly, determine our position correctly and set the right goals for the desired topic before doing anything, we will certainly be able to achieve success.
