সমস্যার পেছনের কথা ও অবস্থান বর্ণনা করেছি এবং গাফলতি কোথায় সেটাও আমি উপস্থাপন করেছি, ধারাবাহিক পর্বটির আজ শেষ করবো। সমস্যা আসবে, সকল ক্ষেত্রে হয়তো আইন কার্যকর থাকবে না কিংবা তদারকির অভাব স্পষ্ট হবে কিন্তু তবুও আমাদের থেমে গেলে চলবে না, নিজের অবস্থান হতে সাধ্যমত প্রচেষ্টা চালাতে হবে।
I have described the reasons behind the problem and I have also presented where the negligence is, I will end the episode today. Problems will come, in all cases the law may not be effective or the lack of supervision will be obvious but still we should not stop, we have to make every effort to be our own position.
এই ক্ষেত্রে আমি মনে করি সকল কিছু ব্যর্থ হলেও জনগনের সমন্বিত প্রয়াস ব্যর্থ হবে না। তাই সমাধানটি জনসচেতনতায় আসবে। আমরা এবং আমাদের চারপাশের মানুষগুলো যদি এই বিষয়ে সতর্ক হয় এবং অন্যায় কিছুর সহযোগি হতে বিরত থাকে, তবে অবশ্যই নিয়ন্ত্রন করা সম্ভব হবে। যদিও আইনের পূর্নাঙ্গ বাস্তবায়নের কোন বিকল্প নেই।
In this case, I think even if everything fails, the concerted efforts of the people will not fail. So the solution will come in public awareness. If we and the people around us are aware of this and refrain from collaborating on anything unjust, it will certainly be possible to control it. Although there is no alternative to full implementation of the law.
