Our basic education begins, from being close to the older people in our family, they try to teach us a lot through various examples of different topics, and they try to guide us through their life experiences. In fact, it is a tradition of our culture that has been around for ages.
I've been hearing from a very young age that people grow up through their actions, through good use. I learned that the big ones always have to respect, try to be good with the younger ones. People have to make a proper assessment, no discrimination can be made for the rich or poor; all are equal as human beings, not the criterion for evaluating body color or costume.
Today, I really understand the importance of those words in the face of reality. But as a kid, those words seemed like stories, which today is extreme cruelty. Because in society today the extreme distance between people is noticed, people try to grow up with money and power, not through their use, people do not value education or educated people today.
The people of society today have forgotten to evaluate real merit or merit, the people around us today have changed, their mindset has changed, where the criteria of merit is power and money. Educational qualifications, or sufficient experience, are not evaluated today.
However, I still believe that this situation will change, time has changed everything, and time will also change our mindset. There will surely come a time when people will be properly assessed according to their merits, the stagnant culture will return to society, the right leadership will be everywhere.
