Amid the pandemic, it is really a good news that you got the first dose of the vaccine. It is J & J vaccine! Is it a one shot vaccine or needs a second shot as well?

This pandemic has brought a lot of changes in our lifestyle, except health care workers I think. Other may find a job from home while a health staff needs to go their workplace like before.
