The white (WXY) could have been completed in March (see chart). IF the bottom is in, the price needs to exceed above $0.32 and then $0.59 to establish a new UPTREND. Meanwhile, there is a potential "bear flag" (blue) but it isn't as clean cut as the prior white one.
