Introduction:
Hello, my name is Ajay Raj, and I am excited to introduce you to a groundbreaking project my team and I are working on, called Nanobots. Along with my hackmates, we aim to revolutionize driver safety by developing an assistant that helps drivers stay awake and alert, thereby preventing accidents caused by drowsiness.

Our Team:
We are Nanobots, a team of five dedicated developers: Yuvraj Singh, Imad Khan, Nishi Shukla, Aastha Singh, and myself, Ajay Raj. We are all undergraduates currently pursuing our Bachelor of Technology degrees from KIET Group of Institutions. Our journey began when we learned about Hive while applying for BuildWithDelhi.
The Need for WakeShield:
Driver fatigue is a major cause of road accidents worldwide. WakeShield is designed to tackle this issue head-on by providing timely alerts to drivers when they show signs of drowsiness. Our goal is to create a cost-effective solution that can be widely adopted, ensuring the safety of drivers and passengers alike.
How WakeShield Works:
Our system uses advanced sensors to continuously monitor the driver's face and eyes. When signs of drowsiness are detected, WakeShield raises an alarm to keep the driver awake. If the driver fails to respond, our mobile app sends an SOS signal to authorities and family members, ensuring timely assistance.
Cost-Effective and Accessible:
Not all vehicles come equipped with such safety features, and retrofitting existing cars can be expensive. Our aim is to make WakeShield an affordable option that drivers can easily install in their vehicles, thereby enhancing road safety on a broader scale.
Our Experience and Learning:
Throughout this project, we have gained invaluable experience. We have learned about deployment, code optimization, and many other aspects of software development, improving our project to a standard level.
Resources:
In conclusion, WakeShield is not just a project for us; it's a mission to make roads safer for everyone. Thank you for your time and interest in our work.
