This one snowy day, or should I say a snowy morning, of this winter was a busy one! I have some nice locations here in the neighborhood where I often go for a walk and where I take a lot of pictures! I have never seen those places in nice winter snowy conditions! So when the snow does come I am very busy!
Close to my house is a small park with a large pond where several bridges run across of it! They are nicely between the trees and so there is not much wind! There fore the refection on the water can be great!
I have a lot of pictures of this bridge in many different seasons. I will make 4 seasons post of it someday! I love this location!
There is also a large mansion on this property with a large garden in the back. There are also some heath sheep on the propperty! Very nice object to photograph!
The front is hidden between the trees. I don't like that very much but now in these conditions it does look good.
A couple of months ago i broke my 24-70 F2,8 lens and since then i often shoot with my 70-200 F2,8. That lens is so much better, but i do miss the wider angel a bit so i often shoot a couple of vertical pictures and stitch them together as a panorama in lichtroom.
I do have a 14mm wide angel lens but that is way to extreme for these locations! In another park, more in the city center, i tried using my 14 mm. So some places it does work way better.
I also shot some panorama's here with the 70-200.
I just like the effect if a big picture like this!
This picture is a vertical panorama, 5 pictures stitch together, this is the town hall of the city of Zeist! It is an old building from the year 1878! The snow in front of the building was already gone by now so this was the last shoot i took in the city center!
Next stop was the forest around the city, but that's for the next and last post of this morning! On route to the forest i did saw some nice blossom trees covered with snow. They where standing on prate property so difficult to take good pictures of it!
