They normally call it storm chasing but I like the WWW in the title!:p
I was looking at the local weather app and it's radar images! There were some nice thunderstorms coming my way and I didn't had my Wednesday walk jet so I took my gear and went off!
It was about an hour and a half before sunset and I was hoping for some color in the sky!
Near my house is a relative big open heather field with one lonely tree in it! It's my favorite subject here in the area!
When I was in Spain, I doped my camera but also my filter set! I didn't get a lot of money from the insurance because the filters were pretty old! So I had to buy some new filters! A friend of my had some Benro filters for sale so I bought them from him!
I like to make long exposure photo's, and clouds like this are very good for that!
I was struggling a bit with the withe balance! Every filter has got some of deviation in color but these ar very light blue! I tried to fix it a bit in the last picture above here! I have to figgur that out some more!
There was a little color just above the horizon, just for a couple of seconds!
After sunset it went dark quickly and in the distance there was a lot of thunder! Struggling to get the withe balance even better here! Strange conditions this evening!
