Hello urban explorers.
I was camping out next to the beach in the Spanishe region of Valencia. Every time I walked to the beach, I saw an abandoned mantion next to the beach and the mediteranian Sea.
For me, that feels like mindblowing. How can you have an abandoned proparty on prime realesate like that. And it looked like a good hous, too.
I could not resist and went inside the property.
The terras were very nice but those arches are a little to much for me.
It had a nice private garden in front and on the sides of the house.
And of course, I needed to go inside. What a mess that was. The mansion was transferred into a public restroom. But there was a lot of space inside.

And as you see the new toilet area. It was realy dirty inside m. A lot of beach going people using it as toilet.
I am so curious why a building like this is abandoned and why it got this far. Its a house, why don't you want to do nothing for it.
