To clarify upvotes value do not matter even with people voting 0.0 it is same and it is not intended to generate money with participants upvotes, most of value comes from curation accounts which do not participate in giveaways

And I do not see any issue with reblog and social promotion as it will only make more people aware about hive, splinterlands and giveaways

But as I said if there is any rule or ethics document let me know and I will comply accordingly
