HashKings Investment Statistics
Continuing tracking of financial transactions related to game which I started last week (Note that most calculations related to Guild part are estimates based on current market prices, as I do not have exact data from guild on that)
Expenses
Land : No change as the last cost was calculated till the current delegation ends
SEEDS : No change this will only update once we finish current 4 week delegation cycle
BUDS : Bought 3.59 hive worth from the market in last week mostly to increase stake
BUDSX : +5.76 hive worth of buds staked
Avatar NFTs : Recently the prize of forging was dropped to $0.5 from previous $2馃槻 before since price was high did not want to spend much on low rarity avatars but with price decrease, I forged all available 11 avatars into 1 powerful epic avatar (details below)
No changes in HKWATER, MOTA, HKAVATAR
My current expenditure on Hashkings stands at 63.44 hive (+14.65 hive) and and guild is unchanged at 13.77 hive
Revenues
Revenues from different assets of the game
Guild Revenue : contribution of 0.31 hive by sharing the 30% of the harvest share
Land : Do not have any yet 馃檪
SEEDS : Seeds trade for Hashkings is still experimental for me, but still it generated 0.27 hive revenue in last week
BUDS : change mostly due to conversion to BUDSX
BUDSX : +2.57 hive revenue from trading in last week
Avatar NFTs : No new sales and in fact none for sale in inventory now as forge all into one
No changes in HKWATER, BUDS, MOTA, HKAVATAR
Current Revenue stands at $57.47 (+7.46 hive) and have provided revenue of 2.79 hive to the guild

Land : Still a little long way to go to buy this asset 馃檪
SEEDS : Currently have 5 Colombia Gold & 6 Panama red in stock
HKWATER : held for now
BUDS : Liquid Hive in wallet to be spent on forging or joint creation in game
BUDSX : held in wallet (see details on staking below)
MOTA : held in wallet
HKAVATAR : still have 1 left in wallet and going to open it this weekend
Avatar NFTs : Only 1 now in inventory a Level 10 Colonel White Widow (the price here is estimated on what is listed on NFTmart
Total Current Assets value is 52.08 hive
Gains
Well simple calculation for Gains = (Revenues + Asset value) - Expenses
and currently it stands at 46.11 hive or 72.68% of my expense of around 63.44 hive related to the game, +4.4 hive compared to last update
Game Updates
BUDS staking
Since past couple of weeks, the BUDS can now be staked on hashkings - Staking app.
The staking of BUDS is little different from other tokens staking on hive-engine which you may be familiar with.
So How staking works
On the Staking app you click stake button and input the amount of BUDS you want to stake and submit the transaction through hive keychain (or similar)
Within few minutes you will receive BUDSX tokens based on the current ratio which can be checked on staking app itself
At the time when I did above transaction the Staking Ratio was 0.0012431118579194307
Once you have BUDSX in your account you are also free to trade it on market or just keep it in your wallet. Now everyday or so Hashkings team add BUDS bought from market for certain percentage of revenue generated by game which results in increase in the Staking Ratio value meaning when you unstake BUDSX you will get more BUDS back then you staked.
Here is what my returns look like
I am still actively adding to stake, the last one being the above transaction 3 days ago, and within last 16 days my BUDS holdings have increased by 3830.48 or around 5% and will basically keep increasing. Once I have reach stable enough level of staked amount, I will try to calculate what will be Annual returns or APR

When I harvest I will receive BUDS token, of which 30% I need to give to the guild and 70% I get to keep and use as I see fit.

Player - invest some times and get 70% return without financial investment

Harvest Report
After completing the farming gameplay for this week, this is what my harvest looks like
So in total I got 4023 BUDS and after guild share I have now 2816 Buds which at current market rate is equivalent of 0.71 Hive.
