Continuing the journey as a #Farmer in #HashKings, a #playtoearn game on this beautiful #Hive Blockchain under 🍕hive.Pizza🍕 #scholarship program, this time I have decided to track my investment and return statistics related to this game as I am doing with #splinterlands

HashKings Investment Statistics

From this week I will be tracking (hopefully weekly) my expenses and revenues in the game along with some estimates on how much Scholarship is helping me, I say estimates here because I do not have exact information on guild expenditure for example on Seeds procurement (which may be from market or seeds drop from pools)

Expenses

Starting with Expense as it is first time details on each item related to the game

• Land : hive.pizza Guild is delegating me 15 South American plots looking at current market rental rates and with current delegation making the delegation period of 2.5 months, scholarship program has saved me 9.75 Hive of expenses
• SEEDS : Till date I have received 135 seeds from guild saving me 1.82 hive, have also bought few seeds from market myself for around 0.3 hive
• HKWATER : 0.17 hive worth bought by me (when I was trying to play the game initially) and 2.20 hive worth received from guild
• BUDS : 25.77 hive worth bought of market
• BUDSX : 20.26 hive worth mostly converted from BUDS some bought of market
• MOTA : bought of market with sales of Seeds
• HKAVATAR : have bought couple of packs from market
• Avatar NFTs : have not bought any yet but planning to buy a couple to forge with my current avatar

Taking my total Hashkings expenses to 48.79 hive and 13.79 hive savings thanks to hive.Pizza's scholarship program

• Land : Still a little long way to go to buy this asset 🙂
• SEEDS : Seeds mostly received from Harvest drops, recently bought a few of market too
• HKWATER : held for now
• BUDS : Liquid Hive in wallet accumulated after today's harvest and bought of market will be converted to BUDSX soon
• BUDSX : held in wallet (although I will say the pricing has not yet reached a stable points so going to fluctuate a lot in next few weeks)
• MOTA : held in wallet
• HKAVATAR : still have 1 left in wallet contemplating whether to open or to sell on market
• Avatar NFTs : I use 1 main rare upgraded 1 for Raids others are mostly listed on market

Total Current Assets value is $40.49 mainly due to BUDSX price which should stabilize in coming weeks

Gains

Well simple calculation for Gains = (Revenues + Asset value) - Expenses
and currently it stands at 41.71 hive or 85.49% of my expense of around 48.79 hive related to the game.

hive.pizza Scholarship Program

Recap, under the Scholarship program I have been delegated

• 15 South America Land plots
• Colombian Gold seeds & Panama Red seeds for 4 cycles of farming gameplay
• HKWATER tokens to complete above 4 cycles

When I harvest I will receive BUDS token, of which 30% I need to give to the guild and 70% I get to keep and use as I see fit.

A Win-Win for both

• Guild - assets don't go to waste and earns 30% on the assets potential
• Player - invest some times and get 70% return without financial investment

Harvest Report

After completing the farming gameplay for this week, this is what my harvest looks like

So in total I got 3951 BUDS and after guild share I have now 2765 Buds which at current market rate is equivalent of 0.72 Hive.
