저희 회사의 특징 중 하나는 사내 교육 시스템이 잘 되어 있는 것이라고 생각해요. 워낙 자체 개발 소프트웨어에 저희 회사 만의 워크플로우가 많다보니 당연히 이 부분이 발전된 것 같아요. 처음 입사하고는 거의 2주동안 교육만 받았던 것 같은데 나중에 물어보니 그것도 꽤 짧아진 거라고 하더라구요.
신입 교육 외에도 수시로 변경되는 기술과 새로 개발된 소프트웨어들에 대한 교육이 항상 이루어집니다. 지금도 교육 받으러 와있어요. ^^
One thing I found unique at the DreamWorks Animation is a strong education system. It’s natural since there are many in-house softwares and workflows. When I first started here I was in classes for 2 weeks and later I heard that it’s been longer before :)
Besides classes for new hire, there are always classes for ever changing technologies and new softwares. I’m waiting for a class to start even now :)
