Today I participate in one of the program organized by russellstockley@russellstockley
He asked 'The last book you Read'
The book reminds me Panchantra stories. During the school time I love to read those stories. So I thought to talj about Panchantra.

Panchantra - The original text of the Panchantra was written in 2000 BC and it is in Sanskrit. According to some scholar the Panchantra is the oldest collection if Indian fables surviving.
The travelers took the stories with them Parsia, Arabia and through Greece stories reached the Europe.
The Panchantra is made from two words Panch and Tantra, Panch means Five and Tantra means Parts.
Panchatantra's 5 parts based on five principles

  1. 'Mitra Bhedha' means Loss of Friends, 2. 'Mitra Laabha' means Gaining Friends,
  2. 'Suhrudbheda' means Causing discord between Friends,
  3. 'Vigraha' means Separation
  4. 'Sandhi' means Union.
The Panchantra is connected with one of the branch of science 'Nitishastra' (English meaning - A Book of Wise Conduct in Life ).
The stories teaches about How to choose reliable and trustworthy friends, how to meet difficulties and solve the problem through tact and wisdom and how to live in peace and harmony in the face of hypocrisy.

I start reading the stories again, I will share the summary of story each day in iamalivechallenge.
