Hive Blockchain New Comer Guide - Engagement and consistency
Hello all Friends
We all know the growth of any platform is depends on the users. If any platform has good amount of users then it shows the trust of people on the platform. We on hive always encourage others to join and I also tried to onboards friends/relatives, and some of them joined and active and some of them are not as active. Some people leave the platform or posting very less, I try to find out the reason and come to conclusion that the main reason is the response of the audience to the new comers. When I start posting on platform I always saw the trending page with post upvoted with hundreds of dollar and always thoughts that when the day will come when I will also get those heavy weight upvotes. Till now I have not crossed the $10 value upvote and still learning. Yes time is a constrain for me and some person issues also.
Why user leave the platform
Hive is ocean which have space for all. Writers, gamers, photographers, videography, DIY, social, engineers, doctors all have the space for them, the only thing is they have to fins the suitable community for their interest area. So if the Hive has so many options and opportunities for all then why the users leave the platform. In my opinion other then the tie and personal issue the main reason is discouragement. If some one is posting a good content and he is not getting the results as expected then for sue it will discourage the person to post more.
Engagement is the Key
As I always say Engagement is the key for success here on Hive blockchain. You can not be speaker always you have to be listener to understand others as well as the technology also. Many new users only post but lacking in engagement. Reading others post, making useful comments and upvoting, encourage others and attract others also to your own posts. Many users rewards the audience with upvote and tokens (beer, engage, pizza etc) to increase the engagement on their post. Which also helps to grown our own account. I have personally experience the change. Their are some programs also which encourage the engagement like engagement league by 
The first program is weekly and rewards with Hive and the second is daily and rewards with upvote with particular token.
I am not saying that I am mater in this subject but try to express my views and thoughts. I am here on platform from more then three years. In the initial days I also do not get the audience and afterwards I ty to engage and communicate with the communities which changes a lot. At present my account values (including the NFT) is more then the $10k. To consistency and engagement make it happened.
Ehen every I ask others to join the Hive I always feel that their is lack for content which guide the new comers to grow on platform. In my coming posts I will try to summaries the programs which helps me during the journey and can help a new comer too.
