Adults can often learn something from children.
At school, all children must write something positive about another child in their class.
This received my 6 year old daughter from her classmates.
On every note there was something nice written.
For example
-you are sweet
-you can work well together
-you can do a lot
-you always work hard
-you can draw well
-you are nice
-you can make jokes
-I like your shoes
Actually, colleagues at work should also do this at least once a year I think.
Often the negative (improvement) points are discussed in detail and the positive qualities too little.
When colleagues discuss positive qualities from each other they will do much more for each other and it will become a closer team.
Everyone has a number of positive qualities.
