From the above image you can clearly make out that the toke #GCOTI is the COTI's Treasury Governance token. And I guess I don't need to get into telling you all what importance the governance token has on the chain it belongs to and more precisely #gCOTI empowers community governance over COTI's treasury And one main advantage that users get who stake #gCOTI equivalent to their #COTI stake then APR[Annual Percentage Rate] is much higher. As an example have a look at my APR rate which is above 54% and that is mainly because of #GCOTI being staked at its fullest amount which means is equal to the amount I have #COTI staked.
As seen from above image my deposited 103,784.20888111 gCOTI out of a maximum possible deposit of 103,784.20888111 gCOTI. And hence the APY Boost percentage for this deposit will be 39.64056625% out of a maximum potential of 39.64056625%. So I am getting an extra APR of above 39% that brings my overall APR above 54% - how good is it and how important the #gCOTI is do you see the difference here? Yes, I sold close to 4K+ COTI and received around 19K+ #gCOTI tokens. Let me tell you, all the COTI tokens here are purely the result of APR rewards. I had been accumulating my rewards for a while, and then, all of a sudden, I decided to buy gCOTI, considering the token had been taking a beating over the past couple of trading sessions. And it looked tempted to buy at a price of $0.017 cents. I am sure once the masses comes to know what value #gCOTI provides in terms of APR boost and also being the goverance token of the COTI chain the price of the token is going to skyrocket. Until then the plan is to keep swapping #COTI rewards for #gCoti and reach to a point where I have 50K+ #gCOTI tokens in spare.
