Hi Everyone,
Let me first start with why my account name is
I remember revealing the secret when I did my introduction post when I joined STEEM, and that's been a long journey which has now come to an end as I've decided to move on with my family HIVE the blockchain- a real decentralized platform rewarding for your content and giving its people the full and equal opportunity to grow along with the platform.
I've never in my life experienced or rather seen a platform that rewards you for doing what you like doing. May it be any profession Photography, blogging, vlogging, gaming, software & tools development, e-commerce, and the list goes on - HIVE the blockchain gives you that ability, opportunity, exposure, friends, market place, etc.. to flourish as you desire and that too keeping in mind that it's not centrally controlled by anyone. And that's primarily the main reason I decided to leave STEEM blockchain.
Who is
@gungkrishu?
Enough of what we all know about STEEM and coming back to the main topic and revealing the secret around my name. So basically gungunkrishu are my kid's name. I've two kids and their real names are Dishi & Laksh. At home, we call Dishi aka Gungun and Laksh aka Krishu and hence my account was created by their names
Gungun means one who keeps singing like a bird and Krishu means Krishna the lord in Hindu Mythology. In India, we do have a concept of having names for your kids that you would like to call them at Home i.e. Home names. :)
Now before I get any more sentimental, let me introduce you to myself.
My name is Preetu and I am an SEO professional with approx, 15+ Years of work experience to back me. During this tenure, I've worked for startups and multinational companies and to name a few they were AOL, Netzmark. I have been into online marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO. After having worked all this time - I always felt that I need to do something of my own. It could be a small business or anything that I could proudly say that I'm the owner of so and so business.
A little about me & what I normally do...
Finally, the day came when I quit my job around late 2016 and started working on my website HealthDear, also build the Youtube channel - which currently has 68K subscribers. I do not earn much from it but the feeling of freedom that you get is amazing. I'm no more bound to anyone giving me orders to do anything which I don't like doing or where my voice isn't being heard.
Since then HealthDear became my third baby and ever since I've been growing/nourishing it. HealthDear is all about living a healthy life and healthy tips. As I'm a strong believer of -
"Health is Your Greatest Wealth"
You can achieve anything if you're in good health and wealth comes secondary. Nothing can replace your health, so why ignore the fact. That's’ the main reason behind my website Name and also me writing much on Health.. I, want’ to see people healthy & happy.. And enjoy life freely as a bird flying high in the sky with no tensions at all...
So please take due care of your health at all times.
I’m, currently residing in the silicon city of India, which is Bangalore which is located in the southern part of India. Bangalore is a great place with greenery all around and is one the biggest High-tech hub of India.
I love traveling and reading books and my favorite book of all time is
Ashtavakra Gita. A little about the book in case it interests you the book **Ashtavakra Gita ** is about a person called Ashtavakra who has 8 bends in his body. This book talks about Ashtavakra’s preachings for Raja Janak.
This book had a great impact on my life and helped me realize that there's more to life than just simply doing 9 to 5 job.
So I took this step of quitting my job - taking care of my family my kids need me at this stage of their life and pursuing what I love doing during my spare time. I'm putting all my energy and taking all the risks it takes to become a successful online entrepreneur.
Who knows One-day HealthDear becomes a real asset for which people are willing to shed Millions of Dollars & I'm pretty confident that I will reach there coz.. this is my dream and I'll do all that is required to fulfill my dream...So wish me luck.
I crave for Motivational books as well and my all-time favorite quote is:
Winners never quit and quitters never win...
Cryptocurrency & HIVE
I was introduced to cryptocurrency by my hubby. He explained to me all the technical terms in a very simplistic manner that I could understand and what was appealing was that you get rewarded for content and socializing with others... that was a real game-changer and I started exploring more about it. and started reading about what is cryptocurrency its pros, cons, Decentralization Vs Centralization. And, after beating my head around for a couple of months got some understanding.
To further enhance my knowledge in this field I needed to get into the system and start working on it.
In my initial days, I didn't get much attraction for my blog post so I tried other Dapps like- Steemhunt, Musing, threespeak, Steempress & my all-time favorite gaming platform Splinterlands. Yes, I do play online games and to be very frank its just Splinterlands only.
For this season on Splinterlands, I have reached the Champion III league finally..
To be very frank so far the investment that I made on Splinterlands game really did give me good returns and at the same time, it gives you all the entertainment when you need some and what a beauty you get paid for playing the game - what else would you want. If you haven't played the game then I would encourage you to try it out Here - Its really fun and an amazing trading card gaming platform.
Currently, I'm leveraging the SteemPress plugin on my Wordpress website to post content on the HIVE blockchain. I also have an alt account in the name of my website i.e.
I post quite often on threespeak leveraging my Youtube content. I strongly believe that early adopters of this decentralized platform are going to be real gainers and when the masses Join or rather get awaken we would be reaping the benefits of the early adopters.
On an endnote, I really enjoy what I do here on HIVE - from blog posting to participating in contents, commenting and Vlogging I thoroughly love it - though not making much from my post but I still love it and am still working out hard to get my first breakthrough and hopefully one day someone will find me..
And the most important of all you all know it WHY ---
Welcome to the decentralized World --- HIVE ON
Warm & Best Regards/Namastae
