Math Brain Teasers 30:: Equation - Fill The Empty Boxes???- Solved with Explanation

I like to echo the solution provided by @definethedollar.. He explained it via writing it on a piece of paper and I'm sharing the same picture here as a reference to the solution for the Math Brain Teasers 30

Step 1 The pattern on both sides is the list of prime numbers.
Step 2 Starting from the left side, the sequence of prime numbers starts with number 3 & hence the answer to the first box will be..

Step 3 the right number of the letter prime number sequence starts with number two. Hence, the answer to the second box will be..

Correction; we had 3 entries and all of them were correct from my dear friend @definethedollar; & the answer along with the logic given by him was absolutely correct. I liked the way he had solved the Equation; filling the boxes with the right numbers.
