We all like changes, and I think change is good as it helps us understand things better and from different perspectives. Just imagine a daily routine with no change in life -- it simply gets boring, and hence I feel change is essential for growth, learning, and keeping life interesting. So ideally we need to embrace the change and so finally there is a change in the dCity game with the new president elected and I sincerely thank all the folks who voted for me and the ones who didn't vote for me as well - as this helped me to keep contesting for the elections until I WIN. A big thank you to everyone and would like to call out some people and thank them for giving me this opportunity; @bwar , @steemshiro, @seinkalar, @chetanpadliya, @jelly13, @bala41288 and the list just goes on.. thank you all. Speaking of the changes that I have done, I will talk about it in a second but before that lets get the introduction about the dCity game to all who is not familiar about it.
So What is 
all about? In precise #dCity is a mathematical and trading game based on NFT [non-fungible tokens] available on Hive-Engine. In this game, you get to create your own city the way you like it. As a player you have an option to build your city with a variety of #NFT cards that represents buildings, citizens, technologies that ultimately helps you to earn income in the form of HIVE and #SIM token which is the in game currency token of the game & it also represent as a governance token of the game - which is quite impressive in itself. Players can also get many cards by playing and being active in the game. Currently by delegating HIVE POWER [HP] one can get the young citizen card for every 500 HP delegated. Along with a chance to winning a Influencer card and the best part is that you get #SIM token as well for delegating #HP. A New Era Begins Under My Presidency...
Ok now lets get onto the changes that are in control of president and I have gone ahead changing those. The above image clearly summarizes it.
Aging rate at its Max number i.e. to 100
Increased the aging rate to 100 from earlier set rate of 50. Now there would be more citizens retiring and young citizens starting their student life daily. The more students entering in the game the better it gets for all of us to have more chances of receiving Students (debt) cards when the Students are trained. And then you know the drill Students (debt) can be upgraded to Scientists, Workers, Hard Workers, Homeless, Policemen, Soldiers, Eco Activists, Economists, Professors, Lawyers and Tax Collectors. Good Right?
And the next BIG Change...
Daily Politician NFT drop from 1 to Max i.e. 3
I see no reason as to why to restrict this number to just 1. We need more politician NFT card in the game so that more use cases can be added to it. Right now there are only 843 Politician cards in the game so there is much room here to increase its print rate on a daily basis to 3 as opposed to 1 that earlier president had set. All players benefits from it as it creates more chances to receive this precious card which gives out 25 tax refund - check the stats card here::
And then FINALLY.....
Funding Experiment Sick citizen to 3 tax refund
Yes, I thought lets up the funding tax refund for sick citizen to its max so that the demand for the card increases and more experiments kicks off as the SIM from these experiments goes back to the game. Lets have fun while playing the game...
Apart from these changes, I have gone ahead reducing the Basic tax to 6% earlier it was set to 7% so we should be getting in more SIM here. Well before I end this post, I once again want to thank all the folks who voted for me and I would like to see other players contesting and give chances to the ones who haven't got a chance to be the president and would wont to make changes in a manner that benefits all the players.
