I have just heard from all parties involved that the 3Speak.co domain has been recovered and transferred over to the 3Speak team.
It is safe to use and should no longer be regarded as a phishing or any sort of malicious domain. Its safety is confirmed.

Hivewatchers contributors and all anti-abuse projects as well as community leaders will be confirmed as notified of the recovery.
I'd like to thank everyone who weathered the annoyance of having their posts mentioning the domain marked as possibly phishing. It was a necessary inconvenience and I'm relieved it ended well with the resolution all of Hive was hoping for.
