That would be impossible. One, the budgets and timelines for all the projects are extremely intensive. To budgets are not just rough numbers, they are submitted and scrutinized line by line. Some times there last minute changes, such as when inflation just exploded all over the world, and vendors raise prices overnight. Organizers are working full-time on top of their regular jobs to get these plans done. Many projects get rejected and many, many budget items get modified.
