She and other civilians are civilians. They're just normal people of all types who are getting shelled with nothing to be done about it by themselves. The people by the border for whom the war started in 2014 are also just civilians who had nothing to do with anything. Blaming one civilian doesn't help another. No civilians should be killed period, in any time, in any country, but that's not the world we live in.
