I see a lot of self-justification and while you did figure out how to keep slightly out of scope in 2019 that's not the case anymore. That's not the case anymore as now we also look at it from a farming perspective. I don't know why you think so little of Hive that you feel that doing the bare minimum by combining recycled work is what our community deserves. I'd enjoy your blog but not sure how myself or anyone else can do that when we can't trust that the content is fresh or if you're just jerking us around. This is also not a legal matter and there's no 'jury'. You can accept your blacklist or you can appeal it. As for other content creators, some got caught for fraud. Malicious fraud against the Hive community isn't a joke.
