In short, what I got from your comment are some shortcomings we've had in general on Hive and I already started taking a few steps to resolving them.

Regarding HW/Spaminator unfortunately I can't step down. We can't have a service of this nature that isn't held to scope and it will never be possible to run this on the blockchain purely based on the algorithm.

Didn't you see my messages to you on Telegram? Probably somewhat disjointed since I had no idea what you were getting at at first. Everyone is supposed to be able to reach me easily but if that's not the case that's a serious issue.
