2. Cheetah does not and never had a proposal.
3. Adm is not Hivewatchers' account. It is an account donated by stakeholders to help fight abuse.
4. I run the Spaminator bot alone.
5. Most of the users in the screenshot are not witnesses.
6. This is a decentralized free speech blockchain; it is legal to comment. Anti abuse projects exist to stop scammers from exploiting the chain and making it look like shit. Scammers = plagiarizing and stealing other people's work, ID theft, monetizing stolen work, impersonation of other people, forcing vulnerable persons to manually run account rings, money laundering, etc.
