The Hivetips proposal is a "cut" proposal. It gets deleted once it reaches a milestone. No one is getting millions nor is it going to go on for years. It's set like that to allow it to start and then to get deleted.

There's an update that's coming out for that proposal. The 2020 figures of what was already invested and paid for is around $60k USD. The 2021 are proposed to be similar, although I don't have the exact number on me right now. Integration with mainstream social media platforms is not as easy as it seems and there are also API costs and other incidentals. All the accounting is on chain.

You probably remember from having worked with me how cheap I am. I wouldn't have my name on a proposal (I'm not a monetary recipient of any of the funds) that isn't accounted to the highest standard.
