When discussing travel or moving between countries, though, I think it’s important to separate personal experiences from requirements that can change over time. Health insurance is a good example, since the right coverage depends on the destination, duration, and circumstances of the traveler. Before traveling to Ukraine, I would compare the details carefully and look at resources such as insurance in Ukraine as part of the research process. It’s always better to understand the conditions beforehand than discover an important limitation after an emergency occurs.
