Hello, friends, football lovers, fans of this great sport; I hope that they are well and that they have a desire to learn. I have been absent for more than two weeks but I am already back to continue helping all those who wish to be good football players.

Today I will give you some techniques to practice the different ways of passing the ball, so get to work!

The techniques I will give next will be used to practice with all the sides of the feet.

  • Wall:

This is a classic as well as simple way to master the ball and gain agility in addition to speed. It only requires a wall, a ball (preferably bounce well) and you. It consists in carrying out Newton's third law: every action has a reaction. This other saying that the same force you apply to kick against the wall, will be the same as you are going to receive, so that intensity will depend on you; i recommend you start slow and a little distant, two meters away from the wall or a little more, as you feel comfortable to start. You can start with inner edge and with the most agile foot you have, when dominating, you change the foot less agile, then you hit with both (one and one); All this before you go to kick with the outer edge.

  • A companion to the front:

It is still a classic but not so simple, has many ways to apply but you need the help of a partner, preferably that is at the same level as you. You take the ball and you make passes with your partner who must be in front of you, the distance between you should be neither so short nor so long; As you see improvements, they are lengthening and can also cut the distance. I insist that they should start with inner edge, when dominating, pass to external, Then you can start the long passes with the instep.

  • Boxing Bag:

To apply it, you'll need someone's help. He should crouch and take the ball tightly with his hands and leave a space for you to kick. You should start with this exercise so that you will be correcting the way to kick.

There are many other exercises to master the pass technique but with these three, you can achieve a lot.

I hope it helped you a lot. See you at the next football lesson.
