In the last debate, Donald Trump referred to the Clinton Foundation as a Criminal Enterprise. In this post, we are going to look deeper into this claim and flesh out some details. Here are some key points which every voter should be aware of when the go to the polls this November: The Podesta Group (as a matter of public record) represents and is on the payroll of both the Saudi Royal Court and Russia’s Sberbank. The Podesta Group is run by Tony Podesta, Clinton Campaign Bundler, and brother of John Podesta (Clinton Campaign Chief). 50%+1 of Sberbank is owned by the Central Bank of Russia (The Kremlin). Translation: The Clinton Campaign is DIRECTLY financed and represented by both the Saudi Royal Court and The Kremlin, by way of The Podesta Group. FBI Director James Comey has a connection to the Clinton Foundation though his brother, Peter Comey, who worked for DLA Piper, #5 on the Hillary Clinton Top Contributer’s List and the firm that performed the independent audit of the Clinton Foundation last November. James Comey and Peter Comey have had financial dealings together in the past. Huma Abedin (Chairworman of the Clinton Campaign) simultaneously worked for Teneo, the Clinton Foundation, and The State Department as a “Special Government Employee”. ---Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) has raised concerns over Huma Abedin and her Conflicts of Interest. Teneo - Bill Clinton - MF Global - The Rockefeller Foundation Sen. Chuck Grassley comments on Huma Abedin’s multiple conflicting roles and use of private connections to push public favors, specifically, Judith Rodin of the Rockefeller Foundation: “This is a troubling example of Teneo and the Clinton Foundation seeking State Department help for a Teneo client and Clinton Foundation supporter,” Grassley said in a statement. “It raises serious questions. … Was anyone vetting the potential conflicts of interest? Were there other requests like this, and if so, how were they handled? The State Department ought to release the rest of any such emails in the interest of good government and transparency.” Some background on Teneo: In 2011 Doug Band joined Teneo and recruited Bill Clinton to be a member of the Advisory Board, clients paid massive retainer fees to Teneo, one such client was Jon Corzine’s MF Global. According to “Clinton Inc” - Clinton was given a $3.5M Contract with Teneo. Teneo collected $125,000 per month in Fees from MF Global as it was imploding. Bill Clinton severed ties with Teneo by Februrary 2012. Huma Abedin worked as an SGE with Teneo starting in June of 2012. Teneo’s first client was The Rockefeller Foundation. The Podesta Group and The Party of Regions: The Podesta Group collected fees and represented the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine (ECFMU). The ECFMU is a front group for the “Party of Regions” -- Yanukovych's pro-Kremlin Party. Paul Manafort was caught up in this investigation and subsequently issued his resignation letter to the Trump Campaign. Podesta, who is caught in the same circle of intrigue, did not see fit to step down from the Clinton Campaign. According to Reuters, in 2013, the Podesta Group received $900,000 in payments from the ECFMU. Translation: The Podesta Group has been directly on the Yanukovych payroll by way of the front group ECFMU. -- This group directly lobbied Hillary Clinton’s State Department It appears The Podesta Group used these front organizations to circumvent the Required Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) paperwork. Translation: By working with the front group (directly controlled by the foreign government) the Podesta Group did not have to file the FARA paperwork and declare openly they were acting as Agents for a Foreign Government, in this specific case Yanukovych's Party of Regions, and when they get caught, they plead ignorance. Paul Manafort - A second Look Paul Manafort’s ties to Podesta Group show the flow of power Sources close to Paul Manafort say before he was Donald Trump’s campaign chairman, he routed millions of dollars from a Kremlin-friendly Ukraine group to two U.S. lobbying firms, including the Podesta Group, run by Tony Podesta.
