Random Steam Charity?!: S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Bundle - Proceeds go to Ukraine

Are you ready to get lost in the zone? How about helping the Ukrainian victims of war whilst at it too?

GSC Game World, the Ukrainian-Kyiv based developer of the famous S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series of games is now doing a sale for the entire franchise as a charity for the Come back alive fund, which has been operating in Ukraine since the invasion into Donbas and the annexation of Crimea in 2014.

Aside from being money well spent either way, you get an incredible trilogy of games for a very very cheap price, and it's something I really recommend you pick up. With the base games themselves being incredible and the modding scene being just absolutely fantastic. These games can offer hundreds and maybe even thousands of hours of great exploration, roleplaying, shooting and survival.

As one Steam reviewer said, it's "Fallout for real men."

Having owned the GOG version of Shadow of Chernobyl for years now and playing through it on my terrible old laptop back then, I can personally attest to just how good these games are, even if a bit clunky and buggy at times, they're still incredible experiences that anyone into this type of open-world survival game should check out.
I'm here to make light of the sale but I can't stress enough how good it is.

It's not to everyone, as admittedly it can get quite hard and sometimes feel a little archaic, but this was made by a small team all the way, with only STALKER 2 now getting a much higher budget and shaping up to be a great game in its own right.

If you know and love S.T.A.L.K.E.R., this may be a great opportunity to buy it if you've never done so, and if you've never heard of it, check it out.
I recommend starting with SoC, Clear Sky is a lot smaller and Call of Pripyat even though it's a great game, it didn't live up to the expectations set by SoC; still, a great game in its own right.
