Also docker image is published to docker hub.
Replay with "exchanges-configuration" (suitable for exchanges, but also consensus nodes, seed nodes, witness nodes, etc.) is in progress, so snapshot should be available later today (Wednesday).
My API endpoint still serves from 1.28.6 and I plan to keep it that way for at least 48 hours so in case of some compatibility issues people can fall back to it (I don't think any)
